Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Pros: Slightly Cheaper, Close to shopping mall
Cons:
1- No Central airconditiong, old noisy window units a huge problem in summer.
2-Parking on street or limited parking
3-Very noisy,
4-Vandalism, car windows often smashed and car theft.
5-Rental office often closed. Slow maintainence request response.
6-Squeakly floors and only appliances, refrigerator and oven are old.
7-Lead paint issues in past.
