I've lived here for over 3 years. Yes, it's simple w/no amenities (no disposal, jacuzzi, washer/dryer) but the apts are roomy and the buildings are soundly built. You hear little or no noise from your neighbors. And the apts are extremely well-maintained. It's the only apt complex I've lived in (and I've lived in many over the years!) where I've never seen a single bug. The property manager is tough, but fair, and runs a tight ship. Your rent includes your utilities as well, which is nice. If you're looking for economical, safe and good value for the dollar, I highly recommend them.
