To be honest, the community is gated but the rear gate is often left open. It was broken (in the upward position) for about a month. I moved out with the quickness.

The fire alarm was constantly going off, I complained several times about nails sticking out the floor, still there when I left 2 months after intial complaint.

The staff, well what can I say. Some are okay but most are the worst. Car was towed after I was given a visitors pass, parking is limited for guests..oops, they just changed that, after I left. I have to say that I thought I was coming to live in an upscale apartment but it turned out to be like all the rest. Paying a lot of money to have to rules changed every week. You can park in the garage, you can't park in. MAKE UP YOUR MIND. I am so over it. Renters beware.

Beautiful apartments and amenities but they are doing a poor job in the department of management.

How much doyou pay for your one bedroom? I am also looking into these apartments and would like to find out about how much your utilities cost per month.

My BGE bill for one month was 60 dollars and my water was 10.

I agree with some of these comments - I have a fabulous view - and the parking is very nice - when I first moved here maintenance was very prompt but now that there are so many more people living here, this place has become just like any other apartment - there is nothing special about the maintenance

I guess these other people are not happy they have complaints, I am concerned b/c I just paid (last night in fact) a non-refundable ammenties fee.
