It is a waste of hard earned economic dollars! You would not expect people with a ghetto mentality to live here. People would rather leave the garbage outside of the shoot than place in the correct place. The coffee machine is often broke like the promises given at the time we leased!! I am so glad I will be jetting out of here really soon!! People have gotten evicted and their belongings were scattered all over the place..There are other housing choices for the price!! You hear your neighbors and dogs barking!! Very distasteful for an alleged luxury complex!!

I agree. I've reported the trash situation to the rental office a number of times - each time I got the distinct feeling that I was bothering them - no one seemed to really care - very unconcerned attitude. They eventually got the trash moving but it certainly was not a priority for them. Sometimes it still backs up and people will just leave their trash sitting around the shoot instead of taking the time to push it down the shoot - it's disgusting to say the least. This was a brand new complex when I moved here last year - since that time - for me it has lost all its appeal - if I were looking for an apartment today, this place would definitely not interest or appeal to me - it does not meet my standards.
