24 hour service gurantee' are you sure' I never realized 24 hours took so long. Mold growing on the ceiling. All they do is paint over it and say the problem is fixed. Everything the other reviewers are saying is 100% true. The best thing about this place is the pool. The Lifeguards maintain it pretty well but I believe they are hired in to do so. As for the staff, well they are great. This place is no where near worth what you pay. Do not think buy moving in here it will look good on you and you can impress someone, trust me your only kidding yourself. oh yeah you even have to pay to park here which they dont tell you until after you sign the lease.

Hmm, yeah, sometimes 24 hours can seem a little long especially when it really is 48-72. Most of the time, for me, it has been 24 hours. They say that you can relocate to another unit or Archstone property no questions asked but they don't tell you that it is only once per year, until after you have relocated. So you are stuck, even if you try to downgrade to save money after losing a job. It seems like they want you to be evicted instead of trying to maintain residents or a good repoire. Then if you decide to break your lease they charge you 25% of remaining lease plus you have to give 60 days. If you had the money you would stay...right? I can't wait until my lease it up.

Well, when I moved in here last year, I had to pay $50 for a parking sticker - now I am noticing more and more cars are parked without the $50 sticker - some of these vehicles have been parked in the same space - without being moved for months - looks like they are being stored there - free of charge. I've received the following responses from the rental office: "we are not really enforcing the parking sticker policy right now" "those cars belong to the undercover people living here" "we plan to start enforcing the no-sticker-get-towed policy soon" In the meantime, I am having to park further and further away from the door in order to make room for people without stickers. What a joke! Also somewhere along the way they just stopped installing the safety mirrors - so now driving throughout the gararge is very hazardous to your life and your car.
