It's a semi ghetto and NO, the intercom is NOT working yet, it is just a tease to make us think they have the high tech equipment, it's a fake probably will never work.

the only thing I truly like about my apartment is the view - I have a fantastic view - everyting else is the same or less as you would find at any other overpriced apartment. They say you can live here for 30 days and if you don't like it you can move out - no strings attached - you just might want to take them up on that offer!
