When I first moved in I was happy and I thought it was a nice place to live. However, things have gone down hill. We now have a security guard that patrols the area at night because of incidents that have happened in the different apartments. The parking is terrible and is getting worse. You only get one parking pass and there are about maybe 1 1/2 dozen visitor spots. If you have a spouse or boy/girlfriend with another vehicle you can forget it because there is nowhere for them to park. There are also a lot of kids who hang out in front of the buildings and vandalize pretty much whatever they touch!

I disagree, I've lived here a few months. So far no trouble. Parking isn't to bad. And the kids don't damage anything that I know of. I guess they have cracked down on the familes.

I know exactly what you mean about the parking, my husband had to park down at the pool in the visitors spaces because of the one parking permit so I could actually park at our apartment. First his car was stolen, then after he got it back, it was broken into. When my neighbors moved out they had so many roaches that they were coming under my door, my husband actually sprayed Raid under their door every night to keep the roaches from coming to our house. Maintainence didnt do a thing about it.
