Well my husband and I moved in this year and so far we haven't had any problems. It is quiet where we are but the parking does suck. Also the washer and dryer are small and the dryer don't dry your clothes all the way, you have to keep drying the clothes for at least 2 cycles. I don't know why the security patrols the community alot but I haven't seen anything so frankly, it is a nice neighborhood.
