We have lived here for 2 years and never had a problem with maintenance. The maintenance staff has always done a good job and is very friendly. Our maintenance requests get taken care of within 24 hours normally. However, the office staff was horrible when we first moved in. They refused to replace our broken air conditioner even when the maintenance recommended that it be replaced. We had to call Equity Management to get any results. Recently, we have seen much improvement with the office staff and it seems to be new staff. The rent does go up every year, but this is expected in this area. For the space you get in each apartment and two floors, we could not find a better deal in the area! The other residents don't take care of the community. There needs to be stricter rules for the residents. What kind of people throw dirty diapers in the yard' The property would have much potential if the residents did not throw trash on the ground and took care of their patios.
