Pretty Good Deal

I've been here since April, 2003 and have not had any problems that weren't corrected in a reasonable time period. The buildings are quite old so physical problems do creep in with age. But the property is pretty well taken care of. Individual residents could take a bit more pride in their surroundings but its still a great place to be. Very quiet, stream on the property, deer running through.
