If you like roaches, then this is the place to be! You'd think management would actually do something about the problem, right' Well not here! It is embarassing, so I don't have company over and I'm afraid to cook in my own kitchen.

The business office is ALWAYS closed. The voicemail is always on and the staff seem a little slow at comprehending my requests!

The apartments are newly renovated BUT the stuff is so cheap it literally falls apart. I've put in request after request for doors falling off, handles falling off, water pressure and temperature.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention the neighbors upstairs. I can clearly hear their TV and their conversations 24 hours of the day so I know they can hear me... no privacy.

Plain and simple I will not be renewing my lease and I don't recommend anyone to live here!

I grew up here. I lived in Woodland Grove from 1985 (When it was Mistletoe Gardens) till 1994. And from what Gnstho says... It has not changed at all from when I lived there. Roaches were all over. They sprayed then but it did not help... they would flee to unsprayed apartments and come back when coast was clear. The walls are paper thin. If you don't like the superbowl... don't stay home cause you will hear it anyways. Not to mention that flooding was an issue. In 1986 we were evacuated to Deerfield Run because they had to open the flood gates for the Dam. I am sure it is happening again now unless some major work was done after I left.
