Poorly managed, waste of potential talent

Greetings:
I have been a resident here for more than 9 years. Recently, I noticed a few changes in management and a serious dropoff in the quality of life here. It appears that the community is turning into a slum due to a lack of proper attention to minor things. The other day, I was surprised to find mice in our apartment.
The other problem is that, at the time of this writing (July 2006) the complex has a very lazy property manager who does nothing but sits in her office until her hours are finished. She is real bad at responding to inquiries and needs.
I plan to move out as soon as my lease finishes this December. I wouldn't recommend the apartment to a dog!!!
