I have lived here for 6 months now. In the beginning it was a nightmare!!! The apartment renovation was supposed to be completed by my move in date and was not. I spent an entire day with the rental office and even went to the corporate office before the issues were addressed. Things like no microwave, no lightbulbs, etc were unacceptable.
Now the entire office staff has changed, including maintenance. Things have been great since then. I have no problems or complaints. I love living here and for a newly renovated, 2 level, 1.5 bath apartment the price is the best I've found. I'd have no quams about staying another year.
