After living here for a year i've had it with the water view, let me say that everytime it rains here the whole place wood flud up to 5 to 8 feet, theres a creek that runs along side of the apartment complex, so if you like water front prperty this is the place for you, the other thing is the ownwers of this place wont and will not do anything about the RAT & ROACH infestation, if you want to get rid of these critters you will have to pay out of pocket and do it yourself. to expenive to live here. good luck to anyone that lives on the ground floor. im out of here....

I lived here in 2004-2005. Looks like nothing has changed. I went THROUGH IT when I lived here; it was full of section 8 people making it hell to live amongst. I didn't have the rats back then, but it makes sense this place has them now. Anytime you live near a water source like this mess with the stream, there is a very high probability for rodent infestations nearby. Another thing to be weary of is your rental insurance. If your property is damaged due to this water coming in, you are not covered unles you took out a separate flood insurance policy through them. I'm not sure about car insurances, but I know having your car sit in this is not good at all.
