Nice on the outside but they take SECTION 8 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I Don't know why a nice place like this would accept section 8 vouchers. They are just so expensive to that is the bad part about it all. How do sec. 8 people afford these rates' We all know what kind of people that is going to draw in. I have a girlfriend is a school teacher living there and recently got a section 8 neighbor with horrible kids. She just moved in two weeks ago and is thinking of moving out since the neighbors are so bad. Not all sec. 8 people are bad but this is a nice place that can be run into the ground by the wrong residents. Another thing I know is that they want you to sign shorter lease terms so they can hike the rents up over $100 when you re-new the agreement. The guy manager there is also very rude. I wouldn't want my worse enemy living here unless her name was kimberly. I would highly suggest another nearby community.
