Basic - but recommended. From: marylanddad Date posted: 8/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Not exactly a paradise as advertised. However, the apartments are new and spacious. The construction is not the best. You will hear your neighbors living upstairs and the guests walking up the stairs. We were not very happy with the "central airconditioning" not even after several attempts to fix it. We lived in one the furnished guest houses. The furnture were below par. The kitchen was well equipped except the dishwasher was one of the cheaper models and noisy. Inspite of this it is still one of the better rentals in the area. Enjoy it while they are relatively new.
