I'm not sure what all of these other people are talking about because this is by far the best place to live in the area if you are needing an apartment and trust me I have done my research trying to find one! Of course, you can sometimes hear others but it is an apartment not a house (this happens everywhere, not that bad either)and after living in the Greens, this is like heaven!!! Staff are great (yes, they are very busy but will help anytime you walk in) and it's a very clean and safe environment! If you are looking to rent an apartment in the area, again this is by far the best complex!!

Yes, I agree that you do hear your neighbors, but it isn't that bad. We live on a 2nd floor apartment too. Compared to other places in this area yes, it is the best however, I wish we would have looked in Calvert County instead.
