I lived @ Queen Anne for a year. This place was built in the 50's. The only replacement was my door while living there. The grounds are kept nicely but the hard wood floors could use alot of work. The office staff was hardely there when I needed them. Maintenance issues took more than 4-5 days to get fixed and a garbage disposal starts to smell after a day. I had to continue calling and leaving messages. Needless to say I left as soon as my lease was up. There is no way that out of 4 reviews everything is a 5. It sounds like someone from the office is putting this on there because if you take the time to tour this outdated place you will see there is no way that they rate all 5's. Take a look @ the other complexes in the area if you want to see a true 5 rating.

Queen Anne Park Apartments were completed in 1969. Without more specific details, it is diffi cult to address your complaints. However, as a general rule, work orders are completed within 24 hours, unless there are extenuating circumstances (ei: parts on order, pet in unit). Our office closes at 5pm and is hardly ever left unattended, so I have trouble understanding how no one was available when you needed us, unless it was after office hours. Messages received are returned if requested within 24 hours. Once you take possession of the unit, it is your responsibility to clean your sink and garbage disposal to keep it odor free. Management does monitor this sight and recommend it to residents as you can see by posts that are not anonymous. I invite everyone to come and view our community as I am proud to a part of it!
