The buildings are old. We moved in about 9 months ago and I had countless work orders turned into the office. Only 1 was taken care of within a week. Office staff could careless they are never even in the office.
Check it out for oyur self the hard wood floor allow for ever noise and step next to you and above you to be heard as if it were in yiur apartment. The property is way too close to Great Mills Road very bum on the street is lurking around. Management could care less. Mice and Bug problems have not been adrressed. BEWARE

I cannot address your complaint about your "countless" work orders without more information. However, as a general rule, all work orders are completed within 24 hours unless there is an extenuating circumstance (ei: parts on order, dog in unit, etc.)

I have a concern with the misconception that no one is ever in the office. I can only assume that you are trying to call. We only have two phone lines and if they are being used you will be sent to voice mail. This may be lead you to believe that no one is in the office, but I assure you, if leave a message, someone will return your call or stop the office during normal business hours.

To address your noise complaint, all I can say is that that is a part of apartment living. However, if the neighbors noises are excessive, you need to notify the office, We can't do anything about it if we are not notified.
As for foot traffic on Great Mills Road, we have no control over that whatsoever. We do have a resident officer to keep any traffic that comes our way moving.
Finally, bugs and mice, bugs are a natural part of our environment here in Southern Maryland and worldwide, however our proximity to the water does allow for a few different species. We exterminate bi-weekly as well as treat the building exteriors bi-annually, so the bug population is kept under control here. As far as mice go, I have never had a complaint in the three years I've been here about mice. But, if I had, it would have been taken care of.
I hope this takes care of some of your concerns. Please do not hestitate to call if you have any other concerns.
