I lived there for a year. The cigarette smoke infiltration from the neighboring apartments was so bad we had to leave the windows open regardless of the weather. The floors are warped and have random nails sticking out of them that won't stay down. There are mice in the walls and birds in the vents. The hot water is unreliable. You can hear every footstep on the creaky wooden floors, and every yelling match the neighbors have. View of McDonald's golden arches and the trash dumpster outside. Near a fire station with sirens going off at all hours, not to mention jets flying low overhead.
