Don't be fooled. These townhomes are the ghetto!! They are 80% based on your income I went and spoke to the leasing agent and she was way to happy. (Maybe she is on drugs or something) Anyway they told me that my rent would be $1035 a month because "I make to much"! While I was out looking at a model, there were cops are one of the apartments and a residnet screaming in the parking lot. You can't even fit a small car in the grague! RENTER BEWARE

Repeat after me . . . TAX CREDIT not Low Income. It's "Affordable Housing" for those of us who don't make as much as you rich snobs. As for the young girl "on drugs," You?re just another person who can't be please by kindness. Can you say, "Customer service with a smile?" Oh that's right you're only used to dealing with rich snobs like yourself. None of your type knows how to smile.
