My cousin has been here since Nov. and told me what a great place this is and that I should take a look at it. I figured yea right with my little income I wouldn?t be able to afford it. I was pleasantly surprised to find out I qualified for one of the low income levels they have. I am very happy with the town home I am renting I don?t hear my neighbors next door at all and the kids are out for Spring break and it?s still very quiet here. I am used to living in big cities so I really like the peace and quiet here. Most of the people here seem to be very friendly and I have made some friends already. The garage is a nice size it won?t fit a truck or SUV but it should be able to handle a luxury car. I read some body had a problem with the road into this development, all I can say is that according to Google it?s about a tenth of a mile long and I haven?t seen any problems with traffic on it even with the builders going up and down it. I also saw that somebody said that the stairways were very narrow that is true you won?t be able to get a big screen projection TV up the stairs very well but I am a pretty big fellow and I don?t have any problems getting up and down the stairs expect I need to exercise more as I get winded when I run up the stairs I mean three levels and two full baths it?s a pretty big place. I just want to take this time to personally thank the office and management staff along with Mr. Scruggs and Mr. Marcus for making River Bay Town Homes a wonderful place to live.
