I visited your apartment community in nov. 2004, your grounds were somewhat appealing so I decided to visit the rental office to inquire about an apartment, I was greeted upon entering by a young lady who was very pleasant, I beleive her name was Gennell, her salesmanship was very impressive and I do have to honestly say that I was looking foward to tour your property. Gennell is a very knowledgable employee who also made my experience pleasant and in a timley fashion.I work for a property mgt. company in Pa. and was in Md. visiting friends, I decided to stop in and checkout your staff and how you do things there...Your property seems to be taken care of and your apartments are worth the rent, but your staff made my experience very pleasant....

I have been living at River bay as a resident, the area is getting better. It may take a little help from the community..besides u live here too. Also I work here, the management I work for really cares and always try to listen to us and our ideas to make the property and our community better.
