I was one of the first few tenants in this place. I was very excited to get something brand new for my hard earned money. Well, needless to say I have determinded that my hard earned money is being wasted. Cabinets are falling off the hinges and breaking, leaks and numerous other things. The manager was off for a few months and is now back but she likes to sit in the back office and stay there. I have to agree with the other remarks about the leasing agent. She is way to happy go lucky and you wonder what she is on. You never feel welcome when you walk into the office and when you put in a request for work it takes them over a week to respond and than they have the nerve to say that they'll charge you because your cabinet doors have come off the hinges. I have heard that they don't have maintenance on staff and have to wait for them to come down from another place that the company owns. Don't believe either about the 1 car garges becasue your car won't ever fit in there unless it is a bicycle. Need advise before signing your lease contact the neighbors or come by at night. It is true that the manager doesn't leave the apt. after dark!!

Tell me how your comment makes sense. The leasing agent is "Way too happy" but yet you "feel unwelcome when you walk into the office." You make no sense. How is anyone supposed to please someone as confused as you. If you were even paying attention, you would have known that the manager was pregnant. Do ya think maybe THAT's why she was gone? Oh, no, wait, that's right, she was gone for two months because she went on an extensive dieting program and lost her stomach in two months. Grow up people.
