People on this site kill me. The girls in the front office have always been nice to me. What's funny is if the leasing agent were rude instead of energetic, people would complain about that. It seems like she can't win! Plus for the person complaining about the mgr being gone, she had a good reason, she had a baby. And anytime I have needed to talk, both of the girls have stopped what they were doing to assist me. I don't know how often the mgr leaves her house, I don't spend my time spying on her front door counting how many times she leaves. The only problem I have w/ Riverbay are the kids who run around the community at night w/o supervision. Of course, that seems to me to be the parents fault, not Riverbay's.
