I'll have you know that you are obviously one of those people who don't live in the community. So you don't know what kind of living environment it is. If you promoted a nice community in the property that you manage then that is wonderful, and we could use staff like you here. The cabinets do fall off, the front door was not put on to align correctly, and the door won't always lock. Another thing is that if you are so efficient and competent then do a little research to find that there have been shootings in this neighborhood, cops have had to bring drug dogs out and make rounds, people constantly getting into fights, and too many people don't watch their own children. Now if people are making bad reviews then maybe you should consider that they moved into a neighborhood that has great cosmetic touches, it looks really nice at first. That is until nightfall comes and shots are fired, toddlers and young children are still out alone, and people are screaming obscenities until all hours. Then even if you stay in your own house to carry on with your life, your kids are unhappy because they can't play outside because of the violence in the neihborhood, so then you have to consider that maybe people have complaints because they thought they would be moving into a nice "FAMILY" neighborhood. So my advice, as someone who has lived here for almost 8 months, don't do this to yourself or your family. Sure, it sounds nice to live in a so-called "Tax-Credited Community", but paying a little more for a safer neighborhood for your family will be well worth the money.
