This ------- Place Sucks, Gave me a dirty ass Unit, steined carpets, broken door knobs, tried washing clothes first week I was there and water pipes were clogged. did a moved in report everything was documented and still at time that I moved out they were still trying to charge me for damages there were already done before i moved in now I'm going to take them to court not for the money but for Princinples and for them trying to be slick about stuff, all I can tell You people Out there becareful before You move in there, the new Manager might try to talk nice and sound nice but is Just trying to fill up that dump they call Community, they are doing so bad they are at 65% right now. Oh one more thing You better get used dusting every day, cause this are the most dustiest houses I haver seen!!

All that is true!!! I have lived on that property too! Better yet I have worked on that property. It is a terrible place to live.. It wouldn't be that way if it wasn't ran so poorly and the management company actually knew what they were doing!! It is really sad that a property that could have been so beautiful has turned into what it is.

I totally agree. After I moved out I also received a notice from a lawyers office stating that I owed over $4000 in damages done to the place. I am still fighting it. They have yet to give me an itemized list of damages as I originally requested. BEWARE!!!! Stay as far away from here as possible
