I HATED LIVING THERE AND SO HAPPY IM GONE. EVERYTHING PEOPLE SAY ARE TRUE!!!!!!!

I'm not surprised at all by this rating. My family was one of the first families to move into River Bay back in 2004. We only stayed there a year because it was sooo bad. I'm not surprised to see that things have not changed. If you are military moving to Pax, housing is a much better option... than again just about any thing is a much better option than River Bay. Trust me!!
