I've lived here since Dec 04' and it hasn't been as bad as people are portraying it to be. We have changed Management quite a few times, but for the last past 6-9 months things have really gotten better. The only thing going on in Riverbay that anyone can really complain about is the fact that there are alot of children playing in the streets. They don't have anywhere else to play, so they don't have a choice. We just have to be out there with our children. No, this is not a drug infested neighborhood. People are so quick to judge people by the way they look and thats what it all comes down to. I will never base my decision to move into an apartment off of one of these websites because people tend to exaggerate!
