Pros:
Quiet,private beach,trails,room for boats and trailers, helpful and knowledgable staff, grounds maintenance
Cons:
Lack of handicapped parking (approximately 1 space per building) Parking is ample, however trash pick-up requires the use of approximately 2 spaces twice a week. Private beach is not so private during the summertime (juvenile's partying on beach, leave trash/one occurence of destruction of property to sailboat). Hot water is only good for two adults. Staff is not always available during working hours. No recycling.
