Dont know what the negative reviews were. By far the best in Southern Maryland. Maintenance was always helpfull. Office staff if saw me always told me if had a package in office and very easy to deal with. Tenants were friendly and those with dogs always picked up after themselves (most of them anyways, not all) and maintenance always made sure the dog clean up bags were readily available. As far as maintenance going through ya stuff i don't believe it at all. They do leave a slip saying they were in apartment. As far as bugs go yeah there is plenty of mosquitos and deer flys. What do you expect in a wooded area with wetlands around. I loved the wooded surroundings and OFF skintastic isnt a harsh repellent and worked fine if was cooking out. The last hurricane (whatever the name) power was out for maybe 4 hours. Lots of Md and Va were out for days if not weeks. Great place to live and to be fair Ill give some negatives.
The master bedrooms are on the porch/balconys and the automatic lights outside always shine in. smoke detector is in a place so if use oven it will go off. It is in flight pattern of base so jets can be loud at times. And they should have a monthly get together in club house espicially in winter when everyone stays inside.
