Spyglass is ideal for all ages of singles and couples with up to one child. The beach is nice, but not very private as the other reviewer mentioned. There is also a small fish pond with a trail. Parking is adequate, and covered parking is available at a charge. Maintenance is top-notch. Quarterly inspections assure everything is in working order and emergency calls are handled timely. The grounds are well maintained, as are the exteriors of the buildings. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
