I'd recommend Spyglass because it's cheap, quiet and close to the base. However, here's some of the negatives I'd encountered.

My husband and I moved in on October 2006. As with another reviewer, they didn't tell us that the previous resident had made off with the mailbox key before the lease was signed. Took 2 weeks and about 10-15 dollars before we had access to our mail. The previous resident didn't cancel her phone line either, so we couldn't connect to a line ourselves. We decided to use Vonage because of it.
Another thing: The soap dish in the bath tub, which is attached to the wall, came off. We placed an order for it to get resealed back on. The maintenance guy came at 3:30pm the next day (Wednesday) and put the glue on and said he'd be back before he left for the day to put the caulking. We didn't see him for 4 days (Thursday, Friday, then the weekend when they were closed). We couldn't use our bathroom to shower in or it would have gotten wet unsealed. Since I got an email from management asking for a survey that weekend, I wrote down that I was unsatisfied that it remained unfinished. Monday came and I then got a call from the staff expressing her concern about the survey. She said that the maintenance guy had told her he'd come by and was told that he should return at a different time both on Thursday and Friday mornings. She then went on to explain that their time is valuable and when a maintenance call is placed, we're expected to be there. Of course, I knew we hadn't spoken to maintenance since Wednesday when he told us he'd be back that same day to complete the seal (I did wait for him and made sure I was home throughout the afternoon and evening). It could very well be that he came on Thursday and Friday in the mornings while my husband and I were not at home. For them to tell me that we'd turned away maintenance (or told him to come another day) was more than a stretch. I didn't argue since I just wanted it done so we could shower again. Maintenance came that afternoon, caulked it and finished within 5 minutes.
