Spyglass is so quiet, that is why I chose to live there a few years ago. Yes, some of the appliances are old and the apartmemts are kind of small but I would rather have old appliances than have to deal with what some other neighborhoods had to deal with. I loved the beach nearby, it was very convenient for taking my dog for walks. So if you are thinking about moving be sure to look here you will like it.
