Ghetto

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1998
 
Talking about expensive. They are doing a good job keeping the ghetto out of there by setting the minimum income requirements high, but they have gotten ridiculous with them. They might be able to keep a good standard of living in their units, but all of the surrounding complexes are HUD and ghetto.
