Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Not a very safe apartment complex.
My wife's tires were slashed along with the tires of 4 or 5 of our neighbors. One Neighbor also had her back window smashed in with a baseball bat. There has been shootings adjacent to the complex, and just last week my wifes jeep was broken into.
