This place was okay while I was there but I am glad I moved away. This is considered HUD housing along with the apartments across the street.

There were a couple of shootings across the street, maintenance always came when called but either did a bad job of fixing the broken item or tracked mud in all over my carpet. The AC always froze up and though when I complained about noisy neighbors, a notice was issued, there was never an eviction threat. The tenants continued to make noise.
