The office staff has changed three times since I've lived here. The office has a different set of rules for each tenant. Rent keeps on increasing for what' I could see if they did improvements to the buildings but what has been done. They recently power washed the buildings. What good that did. The door and window frames are so dry rotted that they are falling apart. In some apartments mildew is growing on the windows. They don't close properly I have to use a knife to open my windows. Fee's to use the "gym", direct tv, what a waste of money. Thankfully the lease will be up soon

I agree, it most definitly is a seperate set of rules for each tenant. I also have mold on my windows, I use clorox wipes each time I clean on the window frame. It seems to help but if I don't keep up with it it comes back, I've asked maintenene and they tell me there is nothing that they can do. So why bother reporting that. Our lease is up as well, I've been told the same thing TWICE by two employees in the office and now they are denying that the conversation ever took place, IF you do decide to rent from this place, GO over your apartment THOUROUGHLY before you sign anything, it will come back to haunt you. Better yet look on Liberty street 21601, 21603, 21605 and 21607 and you will see the dry rooted doors and the dry rotted window panes. I seriously would not reccommend this place to rent. They charge way too much money for the apartments and they aren't worth what you pay in rent... Win Free rent for a year is the new thing.... Yeah right... It's probably a bait and switch tactic.
