My husband and me lived there for two years. About august we came home after visiting family to find that the up stairs neighbors did something to cause a leak in their apt. and never reported it. So when we came home the hallway had a huge mold spot growing on the ceiling. As we inspected the rest of the house we found that in the second bathroom the ceiling was molding and failing down. We reported it and they came and fixed the hallway by painting over it. The bathroom we reported THREE TIMES before anyone came and took a look at it. About SEVEN MONTHS later when we moved out it still wasn't fixed and it had gotten worse. Needless to say they wanted us to pay a higher rent for a broke down apt.
