I live here in St. Mary's Landing and happen to love the community. Ever since TriStar made the new management change things have improved greatly. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly and the office staff is very nice. Not to mention the fact the base is super close. My husband is in the navy and is stationed at Pax River. He only has to drive like a mile to get to work, which is awesome.

So why St. Mary's is getting bashed is beyond me. Oh, and not to mention I rec'vd a year's FREE rent!
