I am writing this review to let other people know that its not a bad place to live especially for the money. I am currently paying 820 a month for a one bedroom that includes almost all of my utilities. The apartment complex pays for water, sewer, trash, and cable. My only expenses are electric(no gas $$ and the heating a/c unit is central) and telephone.
I am currently employeed on base which makes my commute less than 2 miles.
My only complaint about the apartment was apon move in. I have a queen size bed and the stairwell made it impossible to get the box spring up the stairs. My dilemma was solved when the office staff offered a set of twin box springs to use instead of the queen during my time here.
I am happy with the maintenance staff and pleased with the office staff. Of course i havent had any real reason to go into the office other than to pay my rent.

If it is so great, why not own up to it and not remain a coward behind the "anonymous" name. I think a lot of the anonymous posts here are by the staff or friends of staff.
