A nice place for a decent price

This was my first apartment. I lived in the one bedroom lofts and it was a very cute place for someone just out of school. All utilities were included except for electric. I think I definately got hosed on the electric bill. I payed the office rather than SMECO. My electric bill is significantly at my current residence which is 3x's the size less than the apartment. I had a lot of different neighbors in the time i lived there.
