After the most recent unfortunate events within St Marys Landing, to include a murder, acts of violent neighbors, and a car being broken into, I am a little concerned that the leasing agents are more worried about how nice of a leasing office this community needs to have instead of making it safer or more modernized to live. For the price of the rent I guess I shouldn't be complaining but when it comes down to being afraid of going outside and making sure that my door is locked at all times, my mind tells me its time to leave.
Instead of building the new leasing office, they should have invested their money more wisely into replacing the outdated major appliances to save on electricity bills and to improve the community with some type of neighborhood watch program. If you choose to rent here, make sure that you check out other communities prior to, and decide what you're willing to sacrifice; safety or a couple extra bucks a month more on rent somewhere else.
