At the time we moved in to St. Mary's Landing we thought we had gotten a deal. Apartments in this area are very pricey compared to what I could get in my home state. After the first month we learned that we had not found such a great deal. Our living room flooded twice in July because of poor drainage and clogged gutters. A few months later our bedroom window leaked because of clogged gutters again causing water to just sheet down our window. During the summer and fall our partment was infested with insect pests.
Here is a list of my compaints:
Not enough parking-only 31 parking spaces for the 22 apartment in our area.
Small bedroom closets
Metal Windows
Sliding glass window only locks by a bar in the window
Small Kitchen
Stacked washer and dryer
no sattelite service
Shoddy furnace
and of course water leaks and flooding
