I like it here. I'm not so sure what all the fuss is about on this website. My wife and I moved to St. Mary's Landing b/c of the price and the location. Our rent is 815 per month which is a steal compared to anywhere else in Lexington Park. Our apartment was in good condition when we moved in. (A little older but kept very clean and in good repair)
I can't help but laugh at the comments that some of the people have written on here. My wife and I looked at several apartment communities in the area before choosing our current home. Abberly was nice but too expensive (mortgage payment) and the construction was overwhelming. We also looked at some place called the Mayfair but after leaving we noticed the people loitering around the grocery store near the complex and we weren't so impressed.
Don't get me wrong,there are always things that you learn to deal with when living in a apt. St. Mary' Landing isnt an exception to the rule. My neighbor has a loud car that occasionally wakes you up in the morning and sometimes I find a doggie "Treat" near my sidewalk.
We are content here until we move on to the next location for work or until we find that perfect house and invest the money we saved living here into it.
