I can't believe i'm actually writing on this thing. I moved to the landing over 2 years ago, moved out and then moved back in 1 year later. I think the staff are great, but was highly dissapointed the second time around. The first time I lived there it was great. I had a one bedroom apartment upstairs and there were no bugs, noises, bad neighbors etc. The second time I lived there I had a not so good experience. My neighbors were very noisy, and the walls were paper thin. Being that my studio used to be part of a 2 bedroom apartment I could hear everything my neighbors were saying and doing (including what TV show they were watching and when they were playing DDR at 2 in the morning on week nights). The first thing the landing can do is put up a real walls between apartments. I'm sorry but a 2x4 just doesn't cut it. Then it was the issue that I couldn't get out of that dump. I payed the early fee and planned on leaving it vacant for the second month while still paying for it. So they called me up and asked if i could be out earlier to save some money. So i moved everything myself, in my tiny car, over one weekend to save myself some cash. Then i find out a few days later that they still expect me to pay up until 3 weeks after i moved out b/c the "new" guy wasn't going to be able to move in right away. If i would have know that I would have left the space empty and told them to not try and do me any favors. Oh yeah...and how many months does it take to put up a new apartment number' Heaven forbid I tried to order pizza and the delivery guy couldn't find me. It's been like 4 months now and waiting...
