Either they are rarely in the office or they never answer the phone.

Their contractor is Good Ol' Boy who does shotty work. Everytime he is in my apartment, I have to redo his work if I don't want water leaking everywhere (when it is a water problem). Also, NONE OF THEIR MAINTENANCE CLEAN UP AFTER THE JOB IS FINISHED!!!! FOR SOME REASON MARYLAND CONTRACTORS DO NOT BELIEVE THAT CLEANING UP THEIR MESS IS PART OF THEIR JOB. Thats funny, because in every other state and country I have lived in, it is part of their job.

Not enough trash containers.

No 'doggy bag' stands that actually have bags.

Only one pool open at a time, and not maintained well.

Grounds maintenance is atrocious.

United Dominion customer service is even worse. PLEASE DO NOT LEASE OR RENT ANYTHING FROM UNITED DOMINION if you are looking for a place to live. They do not care about new or even long standing customers. They will file for eviction when you are less than one month behing with less than a weeks notice.

Dumsters are old, not emptied enough, and stink.

Apatments are cockroach infested (not as bad as all over the place, but you see at least 1 day inside and a swarm ouside). Carpet is old and insulation is horrible. Realize that insualtion is just thermal resistance or thermal resistors if you will. This means that if you have little to no insulation during both the summer and the winter the thermal energy (heat) will pass easily through the walls (it does not have to be windy inside the wall -- convection, the thermal energy only has to do conduct through it -- conduction). Therefore, your heating and cooling bills will be atrociously high.

Download speeds on their enforced monopolized local cable distrobution are usually around 148 kbps up and down (measured from speakeasy.net at 10pm on a friday). This local distrobution system is also fed by a satellite. This means anytime there is heavy rain, you have no reception whatsoever and requires a reset on their end that is usually not done until the following morning. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
