I have resided in my apartment for a long 3 months. When I signed my lease with the assistant I was informed that maintenance issues would be taken care of in a timely fashion. My a/c has been charged 3 times and still isn't cooling. Eveytime I call the office I'm told someone will be out. The work orders only say charged with freon. How many times are you suppose to charge it before replacement is needed. My neighbor stated that they do this all of the time and that with all of the replacements they are doing on the property that they are going to pass this cost off to the residents. I feel that I will probably have to end up taking legal action if things don't look up. I'm forsure that my spouse will go to Navy legal if things continue like this. I cannot believe how many people I see that are always moving out. Shouldn't that they all of us renters to beware' Spend your money elsewhere because they don't deserve mine!
