I've already looked, BigBen07 from 5/26/05 post. Unless they change out the management, there will be no improvements. Oh, and if you are not a current resident nor an employee of the Greens, how do you know all this insightful information' I beg to differ.

"Oh, and if you are not a current resident nor an employee of the Greens, how do you know all this insightful information? I beg to differ." You see, news can travel quickly. I heard this from one of the residents, actually. Judging from your response, it sounds as if I heard genuine information. |

You have to be an employee to of written this, probably the new manager. I found nothing wrong with the old one. There are over 100 work orders outstanding and according to the newsletter that they sent out last week it will take several more months to get them all caught up. I know in mid May there were only a few outstanding. Now where does that put my leaking kitchen faucet at? The letter said work orders would be done on a priority basis only and please be patient. Well, in my opinion my work ticket is a priority. But according to the new manager it is not. Maybe they should be charged for my water bill that runs over $55.00 a month while I have to wait. I have found out that you get more of a response if you email kdanielson@udrt.com. That is how in the past I'm been able to get things fixed!
