You will be pleasantly suprised new management makes all the differance. I have been here for 2 years and I was going to move out at the end of my lease. This new staff has been a light at the end of a long dark tunnel. The Greens is the best place to be reasonably priced and beatiful landscaped. Other apartment I looked had are all parking lot here you have aview with any apartment you choose. PLease Come see for your self before judging from these reviews.

As a former tenant, I would have to disagree with your comments above. Our heat bills were outrageously high (as high as $200 one month) for an apartment under 1000 sq. ft. When we complained to the office, they told us to close some vents because there's not much they could do to resolve our problem. Changing a thermostat shortly before we moved out served pointless in our situation. What they really needed to do was completely change the furnace, which was old and outdated. When we moved in, our carpet was stained and needed to be replaced, but they figured it would be too costly to replace it. They neglected to inform us that shortly before we moved in, the toilet in the 1/2 bath overflowed and got the carpet and padding in the hallway completely soaked. This was the reason why our move-in date was changed so that they could have enough time to dry the carpet. The kitchen appliances were old and needed to be replaced. In the summertime, our A/C barely cooled the apartment leaving us with an electricity bill averaging about $100/month. I urge anyone interested in renting at The Greens to see the apartment prior to moving in. Don't let someone in the office show you an apartment that looks similar to the one you're getting, because it's highly unlikely that yours will be as clean.
